I know, I’m the one that’s been gone, not you! But I want to let you know that I’m alive and doing better day by day.
Last Monday, October 18th, I had Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery. It was a very long week! Today is Tuesday, Oct. 26th, and while I’m not dancing around the house, I am doing so much better and already losing weight.
In fact, I have been quilting the past few days on Feathered Cheddar and love how it’s going for me. I can sew for a few hours before I tire, so it’s good healing stitching.
I’ll be back in a day or so and show you how far along I am.
Until then,
please…
Watch what you eat!
ouch – surgery! is that the surgery that is just for loosing weight? If so I hope it works well for you and that you are healing ok.
