19. If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?
Montana is calling me. There is something about the mountains that I have always loved, and I like the idea of going west. I’d love to live on the side of the mountain overlooking a stream, with a flock of sheep, goats, etc. grazing in the pasture. A few horses wouldn’t hurt. And some trees, but not so many as to impede my view. As long as I had Internet access, I wouldn’t need a television. A neighbor within a mile or two might be nice, but not necessary. I don’t mind talking to my animals. Oh, the husband could go, too. Then I’d have him to talk to.
With that being said, I don’t think I could move that far away from my children and grandchildren (so to my family, don’t get too worried!). But either of these cabins would work just fine. I don’t need anything fancy!
Love that big sky!

I often think of the day I might have to leave Japan and where I might go. Not back to Cleveland with all the snow in winter and little public transportation. D.C., I like the free museums but could I stand the traffic jams? Oregon? Three of my kids are there but rain all winter? I love the sunny winters in Japan. Boston? Hmm. Glad I don't have to make that choice.
